Good morning!

With Master’s Week and Easter just around the corner, I thought I’d share something that might actually make life a little easier over the next few weeks. Our friends at Merry Maids of Lake Oconee & Madison are offering a special right now, and it seemed like perfect timing if you’re planning to host friends for the tournament, welcome family for Easter, or just want the house looking its best as spring gets underway.

I also wanted to ask you something.

As this newsletter continues to grow, I’ve been thinking about how we deliver it. Right now The LO Down comes to your inbox once a week, but I’m curious what you’d prefer.

Would you rather:
β€’ Keep the single weekly edition, or
β€’ Receive two shorter editions β€” one on Monday covering the week ahead, and another on Thursday focused just on weekend plans?

Use the links below to answer and let me know what you think. I genuinely read every response, and your feedback helps shape how we keep everyone connected around the lake.

A Fresh Start for Your Home with the Merry Maids First Cleaning Special

One of the things that makes Lake Country special is the people who choose to build their businesses here because they truly believe in the lifestyle. That’s certainly the case with Merry Maids of Lake Oconee & Madison, where owners Ed and Kim Brown have built their business around helping families enjoy more of what makes this community great.

Their philosophy is simple: people should spend their time enjoying the lake, family, and community and not worrying about cleaning the house. With professional cleaning services tailored to each home, their team helps residents maintain a healthy, welcoming space while giving them back valuable time.

The Merry Maids of Lake Oconee first cleaning special offers new customers an upgraded initial cleaning. On the first visit, their team will provide detailed cleaning for four rooms instead of the usual two, while also performing a standard cleaning throughout the rest of the home at the regular recurring service rate. The offer is designed to give homeowners a deeper first clean and help them start their recurring service with a fresh, spotless home.
