LIVE Music at OBC: Doobie Brothers Tribute Band
Brotherhood - A Doobie Brothers Tribute Band is performing at 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, August 6th at Oconee Brewing Company.
Come “Listen to the Music!” Enjoy songs by the American rock Band, The Doobie Brothers, “known for their flexibility in performing across numerous genres and their vocal harmonies.”

A1A, Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band to Play at the Plaza Arts Center
The Plaza Arts Center invites you to join in and extend the summer with the always entertaining A1A, Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band.
Bring your blanket, island shirts, and chill vibes to the Plaza Arts Center lawn on September 24th at 7:30. Gates open at 6:30 in time to find your spot and enjoy the fresh air and fellowship with your Plaza family.
Meet Me at the Plaza is a laid-back, bring your own chair, dance-the-night away kind of night. Enjoy good music, good friends, and tunes that go down like all good margaritas are known to do!

Poker Run Time! THIS Sat July 23rd
Run! Don’t walk! The P O K E R R U N has been rescheduled to July 23rd! Ummmm, that’s THIS Saturday.
Join in on the fun and discovery, Saturday, July 23rd on Lake Sinclair. You also have the chance to win a $1000 CASH 1st PRIZE or a $500 CASH 2nd PRIZE. This will benefit Georgia's Old Capital Heritage Center at the Depot.
A Poker Run is a huge scavenger hunt for five designated sites on Lake Sinclair where you pick up sealed playing cards. Once at the final stop, participants open their envelopes, the player with the highest hand wins the $1000 prize and the player with the second highest hand wins $500.
There is an optional picnic lunch on Goat Island with all the trimmings. Lunch will be catered by Aubri Lanes where you can relax and meet other players. In addition, there is Lake Sinclair history to be learned.
Audition Call for 9-5 at The Plaza
Calling all actors, singers and thespians!
The Lake Country Players (LCP) will be collaborating with PAPA and are holding auditions for 9 to 5 the Musical on July 24th from 2pm to 4pm at the Plaza Arts Center in Eatonton.
Be prepared to do a cold read … materials will be provided. If auditioning for a singing part, bring a CD or thumb drive to use.
