A FUNdraising Event; Kindness Has No Borders

Help In - Help Out:

A benefit concert for Ukraine featuring the popular Scott Deering and the Usual Suspects as well as Tim Cadiere and the Washboard Road Band.

The Help In - Help Out concert is being held in effort to raise money to support the dire medical needs in Ukraine. This benefit aims to supply doctors with much needed medical supplies as well as transport medically fragile children out of the war torn country and into the United States or European Union. There are many organizations that are trying to help the Ukrainian people with humanitarian aid on the border and in neighboring countries but very few, if any, are able to get medical supplies into the war zone.

Tickets are $100 and will include two drink coupons.

LIVE, LOVE, LAKE with LO Bistro

See food and eat it? Yes. We do that too. Yet, Gary Sofen and his team of culinary artisans will have you ordering everything on Lake Oconee Bistro’s menu and then some! Oh, and make sure you check out their new raw bar.

Their motto at LO Bistro is “Live, Love, Lake” and they deliver on that! Every weekend kicks off with Fun Fridays which includes live local musicians from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, then Saturday is Ladies Night where they are open until late.

On Saturdays and Sundays relax with weekend brunch served from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Make sure to order one of their amazing Bloody Mary or Mimosa specials.

Enjoy one of their appetizing dishes like the Bistro Bang Shrimp, Tuna Nachos or Stuffed Potato Tots. Grab a seat at the bar or the new and improved Sand Bar and sip on one of the many libations from their curated wine list or one of their 28 draft and craft beers on tap. Guests can reserve The Magnolia Room or the South Side of the Restaurant, private venues perfect for all occasions. Gary, a restaurant veteran, understands what patrons are looking for when dining out. The Bistro team strives to offer high-quality food in a fun, comfortable atmosphere that’s worthy of a night out!
