“Chip In for Brain Cancer” Golf Invitational
The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation (SBTF) is inviting you to participate in the first annual “Chip In for Brain Cancer” Golf Invitational to be held at the Ritz Lake Oconee Golf Course on Saturday May 6th, at 12:00 pm. The SBTF’s mission is to provide resources to patients and their families battling brain tumors and fund cutting-edge research to help find better treatments and cures for these devastating diseases.
A portion of the proceeds from the tournament will benefit Gatewood Schools 2nd grader Cami Jackson, who is battling a brain tumor.

Dough Daddy Dough Grand Opening!
Dough Daddy Dough Pizza food truck is proud to announce its grand opening in Lake Oconee! Offering a menu inspired by the Windy City's rich culinary heritage, the truck will be serving up classic Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, pizza and brats!
Stop by 1124 Lake Oconee Parkway, Eatonton, Ga from 11:00am to 8:00pm on Friday, April 28, Saturday, April 29, Friday, May 5 or Saturday, May 6 to taste the flavors of Chicago on wheels!

But that's not all! Throughout the entire month of May Dough Daddy Dough will be hosting Food Truck Fridays from 11:00am to 8:00pm. Their truck will be parked at the 1124 Lake Oconee Parkway sight in Magnolia Center, right next to Draft 44.
QUEEN Tribute Band at Oconee Brewing Company
The Greene County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce their Annual Benefit Show - CHAMPIONS: A Celebration of Queen, live at Oconee Brewing Company!
This performance by the Georgia Players Guild features all of the iconic smash hits that Queen is known for. Songs like "Bohemian Rhapsody,” "Somebody to Love," and "We are the Champions” invite fans to get on their feet and sing along at the top of their lungs.
All ticket sales are general admission and seating will be provided on a first come basis.
The Brewery will open at 12pm. The Event Center will open at 7pm. The Burch Food Truck will be open until 9pm.

The Jazz Legacy Project: Art Blakey, Father of Modern Jazz
This program is roughly 90 minutes, with the goal of bringing the casual jazz listener inside the minds and music of the most influential and interesting American musicians of all time.
The life and music of the artist/composer is entertainingly narrated by the drummer, Mr. Justin Varnes, and seminal jazz pieces are played to illuminate the narration.
These are NOT tribute concerts in the sense that the musicians are trying to recreate the original performances, but instead to celebrate the essence and accomplishments of the particular artist.

Circle Ranch is hosting their inaugural Young Artisan Market, and they are pleased to invite your student to participate.
