Since its creation in 1979, the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce has been dedicated to serving the ever evolving needs of the local businesses in Putnam County that spread throughout the Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair communities.
The Chamber aims to help small businesses with their professional, economic and community developments by hosting networking opportunities and fundraising events throughout the year.
The Chamber is also home to the Visit Eatonton Visitor Center, the official tourism organization, which advertises the area both regionally and nationally as a distinct destination. As the Chamber always says, Eatonton is “Close to Everything and Next to Perfect.” The Chamber stands at the heart of Putnam County at its recently renovated location in downtown Eatonton.
